The Vice President (VP) of Sales role reports to the CEO and its mission is to accelerate our strategic plan by defining and driving execution of a compelling sales + distribution strategy for all of the YDesign Group brands. And like all great sales teams this leader knows it starts with meeting sales targets every period.
YDesign Group distinguishes itself by having the best sales team in our space today. So the ideal candidate is someone who is a proven leader that can establish credibility quickly with the current team of high performers. This candidate has a proven track record of building world class sales teams, delivering a superior customer experience and consistently exceeding financial targets.
The VP of Sales will build on this strong foundation to create a more complete sales strategy, align our organizational design to implement the strategy and then utilize established sales management best practices to consistently meet or exceed financial goals.
