Justin Lacey has been leading the Customer Service team since 2007. His passion is creating lasting relationships with customers by ensuring that every touch point delivers the brand promise. Having joined the company as the third employee in 2003, Justin brings to the team a unique perspective. He constantly leverages his deep knowledge of the organization, processes, and systems to bring improvements to the customer experience.

In his free time, Justin enjoys quality family time and takes advantage of every opportunity to fix what’s broken.
